Delete your account

You can delete your HomeAisle account at any time. Deleting removes your profile, phone number, saved addresses and order history from HomeAisle.

In the app

Open HomeAisle and go to Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email hello@homeaisle.app from any address with the mobile number you used to sign in. We text that number to confirm it's you, then delete the account within 7 days.

What stores keep. The store you ordered from keeps its sales records for as long as tax and SNAP rules require, with your name and phone number removed. Receipts you already received are yours to keep.
